Insomnia

It's two in the morning, I'm very tired, but I can't sleep...

Insomnia can happen to me at the beginning of the night, I go to bed, but I can't sleep in less than 30 minutes. It may also be that I lie asleep, but I wake up, and I can't sleep anymore.

I tell and story sheep and dawn with a total of inadequate sleep.

Insomnia is a very common sleep disorder and is manifested by the inability to sleep.

Total hours of sleep vary from person to person. It is said that you should sleep between seven and eight and a half hours. But there are people who need 4-5 hours to sleep while others need up to 10 hours.

The problem of insomnia is when there is worry and anxiety when trying to fall asleep and not fall asleep but especially when it becomes chronic. Transient insomnia occurs for a short period of time, while chronic insomnia can last for months and even years.

Causes of insomnia

  • Concerns

  • Changes in environments

  • Stress

  • Metabolic and hormonal, neurological, rheumatological, digestive, and cardiovascular diseases. It can also occur by pain or diseases that have to do with pain, such as fibromyalgia or kidney disease, prostate

  • Pregnancy

  • Menopause

  • Psychological illnesses like anxiety, depression

  • Drugs

  • Apnea, etc

Sleep is important for good health. The main problem with insomnia is that the hours you sleep are not restful, and you feel tired and drowsy during the day. Chronic insomnia does not develop from one day to the next, so it is important to take action when weeks go by, and you do not sleep well.

Tips to combat insomnia

  1. Regulate bedtime

  2. Get up early even if you've had a bad night

  3. Eliminates daytime naps

  4. Use the bed and bedroom just to sleep

  5. Don't drink caffeinated drinks after dinner

  6. Take a soothing and restorative tea

In my case, I choose to take chamomile tea every night with 3 pills of Gentle Sleep Complex, and so I help myself to have a restful sleep.
